FOR SALE BY OWNER:

Is a website where Sellers can sell their homes without the help of an agent. It's a good place to list your home, if you don't want to pay any commission to a Real Estate Agent. They do a great job in presenting your home, but do not take any liability in the transfer of the home (they are strictly marketing the home, with the slogan - No Commission), of course they get paid, but Buyer should be aware of that old slogan Buyer Beware.

Is a website where you can search for homes, sell your home and have your own FSBO site.
