be a Net Branch:
You must have the following qualifications.
To qualify as a Net Branch:
Have 3 years Mortgage Loan Experience under your belt,
Have Closed at least 'Five' deals in the Past Year (evidence of Hud-1),
Must
be a business entity, like a corporation or LLC, with a federal employment
identification number; sorry, no sole proprietorships,
Must
carry Errors and Omissions Insurance for your business entity and it must
be current at the time of the application,
Have Honesty and Fair Dealings with Coworkers and Clients,
Pass a background investigation.
Loan Commission Splits:
100% Commission,
$500.00 for Loan Administration Fee,
$695.00 for in-house Loan Processing Fee,
$795.00 for Conventional Loans, (or)
$895.00 for FHA Loans,
Fees are charged Separate so you get the Full 100% Commission.
